I was in Mecidiye Kiosk’s warehouses for project controls and I can tell Italians have no idea about building surveys and drawing restoration projects or they are just lazy. They annoyed me all day with their terrible engraving drawings…
or I was uneasy for some other reason which I can’t quite describe.

This is one of the very very minimal mirrors of the palace. ( i am not joking, it literally is minimal compared to the others) It’s thrown in a warehouse with other amazing items like chandeliers, carpets, oil portraits of sultans, crazy furniture, clothes etc. The whole place is like a theatre backstage. It’s a little disturbing thou. Especially the mirrors are… Somehow it doesn’t feel right to look at the dead people’s mirrors. You may wonder why I made a photo if that disturbs me… well, I have a tendency to do the things that disturb me and put a swoosh next to them.

Random Fact: I think I did something wrong.
